Age confirmation

Your birth year (and month and day only if needed) is used on your device to confirm you are of legal drinking age. We store a pass record in your browser for 30 days. It never leaves your device.

If you sign up, we keep your email address to send you Solisca news or availability updates. Unsubscribe any time.

Orders

Checkout runs on Shopify. Your order, address, and payment details are handled by Shopify under its privacy terms.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used, only after you pass the age gate.
