Who can order?

You must be 21 or older to purchase. An adult 21 or older must be present to sign for every delivery.

When will my order ship?

Pre-orders are charged when you place your order and ship within 30 days. If we cannot ship within 30 days of your order, we will notify you and you may cancel for a full refund.

How does delivery work?

Every Solisca delivery requires an adult signature. The carrier checks government-issued ID at the door. If age cannot be verified, the carrier will not leave the package and the delivery is refused.

Orders refused for failed age verification are returned to us. We refund the order less shipping and return costs.

Where do you ship?

We ship within the United States, to addresses in the following states: [served-state list]. Deliveries are made through licensed partners. We do not ship internationally.
