Age of sale
All sales are conditioned on the purchaser and the delivery recipient being 21 years of age or older, or the legal minimum purchase age of the destination if higher. Government-issued identification and an adult signature are required at delivery. Failed age verification results in refusal of delivery.
Pre-orders
Pre-order payments are charged at the time of order. If we are unable to ship within the stated window, we will notify the purchaser, who may elect to wait or cancel for a full refund of the amount paid.
Served destinations
Orders are accepted only for delivery addresses in the jurisdictions listed in our Shipping FAQ.
